Graham is a leading global restructuring expert with over 30 years’ experience working for both creditors and corporates in restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency assignments as well as M&A and divestment transactions. Graham is also globally recognized as a market leader in the “Loan Portfolio Advisory” market. As the global leader of KPMG’s Portfolio Advisory business, he developed and led a team of over 250 professionals.
Graham held Senior Partner positions in the UK, US, Australia, and Singapore at PWC and KPMG. In Singapore, he led KPMG’s SE Asia Restructuring Business and was an Advisory Board member. In the UK he was PWC’s Financial Services Advisory leader. He was the UK and European Leader PWC’s “Portfolio Advisory Group” as well as KPMG’s “Portfolio Solutions Group”, UK and Global leader.
Graham has been asked to present at the World Bank, the IMF, and the EBRD. He advised the BofE during the “Global Financial Crisis” and was asked to lecture at Harvard’s Business School.
As “Chief Restructuring Officer” (CRO) he led the successful restructuring of a Singapore headquartered global shipping business with operations in the US, the UK, and Scandinavia through a US CH11 Bankruptcy process. While in industry, he acted as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a significant UK property development and management company in the PRS and PBSA sectors.
