We believe the future PropTech (PropTech 4.0) will be much more than SAAS (subscription) services. Investment decisions and risk assessments will be made using algorithms and advanced levels of intelligent data. And by understanding the interactions between this data (the excitements) we can facilitate quicker decisions, and with a greater degree of certainty. Oparo’s proprietary technology identifies and appraises assets under financial stress, whilst we keep the human capital and debt costs to a minimum. Our Algorithm analyses hundreds of millions of data points and between these points flags U.K. real estate assets. Currently our Algorithm flags 500-2,000 assets per month, which are then categorised and graded in terms of their individual level attractiveness.
The U.K. Real Estate market has resisted technological change, historically controlled by the ‘old school’ networks, to a large degree. However, Oparo believe that just as Hedge Funds revolutionised and disrupted the financial markets, we can disrupt and redefine both investment and finance methodology in real estate markets; via our proprietary technology.
